Yes.
All of our call outs are subject to a £60 charge. This provides a survey and report – with any agreed works then having the call out charge deducted from the bill.
We accept cash and debit card at the time of the visit.
For those properties where the owner is not present (landlord, letting agency etc), bank transfer is accepted – however this must be paid in advance of the call out being carried out.
Invoicing with 14 days payment terms is carried out to commercial clients only.
Yes.
After the initial survey an email report is provided along with receipt for any payment made.
Ongoing visits are then reported and sent again by email to the nominated person.
Of course.
We have a comprehensive policy through WF Fountain Ltd which covers all aspects of our pest control works. A copy can be sent on request.
We guarantee to get rid of the pest problem that you have at the time of the visit.
As we deal with nature, all properties will have a risk of re-infestation of pests at any given date.
Rodents – if the client agrees to all recommendation and proofing works suggested, then we can guarantee to remove the current infestation.
However, we will guarantee our bird proofing works for a period of 12 months from installation.
